Since 28 May 2012 our company will use the SDIR circuit of Bit Market Service, authorised by Consob.

NIS-Storage

For the dissemination of regulated information UNICREDIT S.p.A. uses the "SDIR-NIS" system, operated by BIt Market Services (London Stock Exchange Group) established in Milan, Piazza degli Affari n.6.

 

Starting from April 1, 2015, UNICREDIT S.p.A. will store regulated information using the centralized system "NIS-Storage" available at www.emarketstorage.com, authorized by Consob, operated by Blt Market Services S.p.A., based in Milan, Piazza Affari n. 6.
