Regulation (EU) 575/2013 (CRR) and Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD) and their respective subsequent amendments - reflecting Basel 3 capital measurement and standards guidelines - called for banks to disclose more information about the composition of regulatory capital and how they calculate capital ratios.
This section contains the UniCredit Group Disclosure (Pillar 3) prepared, from 1 January 2014, in according to Part Eight of the CRR and subsequent amendments.
Starting from 30 June 2025 reference date, UniCredit Group Disclosure (Pillar 3) is also available on Pillar 3 Data Hub on the European Data Access Portal (EDAP) (Official Data and Templates Visualisation) according to transitional provisions (article 9 of EBA/ITS/2025/01).
