First pan-European bank to achieve Global EDGE Certification
The award was granted for the significant progress UniCredit has made in the field of gender equity and inclusion. The Group's banks in Hungary, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia and Serbia have obtained EDGE certification, which has already been achieved in Italy, Germany and Austria.

The Banker's Transaction Banking Awards 2023 provided UniCredit with an important acknowledgment in the Payments category in this annual ranking.
ARC and Vision Annual Report Awards
UniCredit won first prize for its 2022 Annual Report at the Annual Report Competition and placed third for Design/Graphics in its category.
