Workforce diversity and inclusive workplace 

 

Our framework and ambitions are firmly embedded into our ESG model and Group culture.

Our DE&I recognitions for diversity and inclusion in the workplace

UniCredit has been recognised as one of "Europe's Diversity Leaders 2025" by the Financial Times for the fourth consecutive year, placing us among the top 40 out of 850 European companies and at the very top in Italy.
