My name is Vesna, and I am experienced banker with 17 working years of working in a multinational banking environment mainly within customer relationship and sales areas. Currently, I hold the role of a Senior Assistant of International Clients Relationship Manager. In addition to my main role, I am also a proud knowledge-sharing ambassador and content curator for Corporate Department, as well as the Well-being Officer within Bank's Well-being committee.

I started my career at UniCredit Germany as an Equity Derivatives Trader, and I have always loved how dynamic this job is: it gives you an incredibly steep learning curve, and every day goes by extremely fast. As a trader, not only do you have to be able to make decisions quickly and have an analytical mindset, but you also have to be creative and think outside of the box to solve complex analytical problems, connecting all the dots.

I have been working in the financial industry for several years now, and about a year ago I have joined UniCredit on the position of Private Banker.

As you can also imagine, the most important aspect of my job is the relationship I build with my customers, both existing and potentially new ones. When working with clients, I always strive to be empathic, to listen to them and proactively support them. These are fundamental ingredients of Private Banker role.

My name is Olga Sosnina and I am part of the Client Solutions team working as a Trade and Correspondent Banking Financial Institutions Sales Manager. In practice, I'm connecting the banks-clients with UniCredit banks across various geographies. Even though I am based in Austria, my role covers banks-counterparties based from Central and Eastern Europe, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman and UAE. In my work, I act as a single-entry point for the banks for trade finance, cash and clearing products, performing active sales, building customer relationships, identifying long term strategic partnership opportunities, and acquiring new clients.

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to join UniCredit's Business Development and Management Team for the International Network, working closely with branches located across the world's main financial hubs such as New York, London, Singapore, Paris, Madrid.

My name is Martina Capocasale. I am a 33-year-old Wealth Advisor and Investment Consultant based at a UniCredit branch in Rome.

Since joining UniCredit in 2017, I have already had the opportunity to support our clients in various roles, from Personal Consultant to Remote Advisor. Now as Wealth Advisor and Investment Consultant, helping customers choose the best investment and protection products to safeguard themselves, their families, and their assets.

I am Elisabetta Trovato, I come from Catania, and currently work as "Consulente First" (First Consultant) at UniCredit in Motta Sant' Anastasia (Catania). I manage a portfolio of clients for whom I make daily investment decisions and offer personalised advice to help them achieve their financial goals of asset protection and growth.

What I love most about my job is getting to know my clients' stories, supporting their dreams, and seeing these come true. I love being a little part of their family. I think my most important soft skill is empathy. I can immediately empathise with my clients and win their trust.

As a Collateral Manager in Commodity Trade Finance, I am responsible for working with oil and metal traders to finance the transactions that move the real economy and shape the world. It is an exciting and fast-paced industry where every decision has a direct impact on the global market.

One of my top skills is my ability to make strategic decisions under pressure. This skill is crucial in my role as I am constantly assessing risk and ensuring that the bank, which is providing the financing to the client, has the necessary collateral to protect the business.

Alanna Urban

Head of Digital Transformation at Hypovereinsbank (HVB)

 

I'm the Head of Digital Transformation at HVB, part of the Chief Digital & Operations Office (CDOO). Currently, my main task is developing the HVB Innovation Hub launched in October 2023. We also steer its content and formats and continue adding new elements. Our team's purpose is to support digital transformation by engaging all colleague to be part of our Bank's journey through innovative initiatives and content, including videos on specific topics such as Cyber Security. Additionally, we promote the bank's digital achievements and share knowledge on Chief Digital & Operations Office (CDOO) Projects internally and externally.

My name is Danilo and I work at UniCredit Bank in Serbia, as a Solution Architect. My main task at work is to participate in different projects and to be responsible for all technical activities and issues (IT strategy, integrations, technologies, etc.).

I find my job interesting because I work with a lot of different stakeholders with the opportunity to learn a lot by working with various profiles of people. I also take part in the local talent program for young people called ''Futures'' as well as participating in a Cross-Country Mentoring program with experienced colleagues from Hungary.
