Meet Emanuele Fusco, Private Banker at UniCredit Italy
I have been working in the financial industry for several years now, and about a year ago I have joined UniCredit on the position of Private Banker.
As you can also imagine, the most important aspect of my job is the relationship I build with my customers, both existing and potentially new ones. When working with clients, I always strive to be empathic, to listen to them and proactively support them. These are fundamental ingredients of Private Banker role.
Even though I consider myself still as a newcomer at UniCredit
I am happy to have found a competitive and diversified structure, which continuously evolves and clearly puts the clients at the centre of its business.
My typical day begins with my family
Being a father of two daughters and a husband, and then a switch to my banker suit until late afternoon when I return home to my joys. When times allow I like to play padel and coach futsal youth teams, and I truly enjoy traveling with my family and have a passion for cars.

Meet Olga Sosnina, Global T&CB FI Sales Manager
My name is Olga Sosnina and I am part of the Client Solutions team working as a Trade and Correspondent Banking Financial Institutions Sales Manager. In practice, I’m connecting the banks-clients with UniCredit banks across various geographies. Even though I am based in Austria, my role covers banks-counterparties based from Central and Eastern Europe, Egypt, Kuwait, Oman and UAE. In my work, I act as a single-entry point for the banks for trade finance, cash and clearing products, performing active sales, building customer relationships, identifying long term strategic partnership opportunities, and acquiring new clients.
My experience in banking has started almost 16 years ago at AO UniCredit Bank Moscow
In 2012 I moved to Vienna, in the meantime spent some time in Milan, to finally resumed my professional career at UniCredit Bank Austria. Thanks to the extended footprint across various geographies, being part of UniCredit allows you to gain extraordinary experience of working with colleagues from all around the world.
Usually, my e-mail box starts to fill-in at 6 a.m.
When my Singapore colleagues are in the middle of their busy working day, followed shortly by Kuwaiti, Omani and Emirati requests. Around noon I connect with CEE and close my day with our New York office, which just starts the new business day. It is truly an amazing feeling to be part of such a huge mechanism which perfectly works thanks to dedicated people who enable this process to run perfectly practically 24/7.
In addition, working fully online has actually united us much more than we could have imagined
As “travelling” by video calls to Belgrade, Bucharest, Zagreb or New York became easier than ever. Every day I learn something new, from colleagues, from clients, and I always feel supported by my local team in Austria as well as global teams in Italy, Germany, and CE&EE. Our people are definitely the biggest resource of UniCredit!
I seek to see every single project – even the smallest one – successfully finalized
This also refers to my private endeavours, like backing cakes which is my sweet hobby. And to stay fit after eating all the cakes, I run marathons.
