"Call for Education -Italy Regions 2022 - A contrasto della povertà educativa"

The first "Call for Education - Italy Regions 2022" initiative is NOW open, with the aim at supporting projects contrasting educational poverty in Italy.
The initiative is aimed exclusively at Third Sector Entities ("ETS") or in any case at non-profit organizations submitting projects with a regional or trans-regional scope. The projects must concern youth in the 11-19 age group, with particular focus on fighting early school leaving.

A maximum of 4 projects will be awarded, with a total amount of € 500,000 for the total of the selected projects. The initiative is financed by UniCredit with the "Carta E" project, which envisages that two per thousand of the expenses made by the Group's ethical credit card customers go to feed a specific fund to support solidarity projects.

The initiative is launched in cooperation with the seven commercial Regions of UniCredit Italy (North-West, Lombardy, North-East, Center-North, Center, South, Sicily), to which the organizations must send the projects to be submitted. The interested organizations must therefore contact the Region of reference for the more details on the application procedure and the documents to be attached.

By December 15, 2022, each Region will send to UniCredit Foundation, for the selection process, a maximum of 2 projects among those received.
The winning projects will be selected by the end of February 2023.
