UniCredit S.p.A. announces that it has finalized the sale of its entire stake in Olimpia (4.77%) to Pirelli & C. S.p.A. for a consideration of €585 million approximately as established by the shareholders agreement expiring today following the exercise of its withdrawal right as disclosed in March 2006.
