UniCredit S.p.A. informs it has moved the date of the Board of Directors meeting to approve the interim cash dividend to the 5 November 2024 (instead of 23 October), in line with the date of the approval of the third quarter 2024 results. The ex-dividend date of 18 November 2024, record date of 19 November 2024 and payment date of 20 November 2024 are confirmed.
