For the ninth year in a row, UniCredit Bank Austria is a sponsoring partner of the Zero Project Conference, the world's largest conference for inclusion and accessibility - with participants from more than 50 countries, virtually and on-site in Vienna's UNO City.

People from all over the world who are committed to accessibility gathered together to discuss proven solutions and tested innovations to remove barriers - for a world with #ZeroBarriers.

"Accessibility is a topic where you can always learn something new - especially based on best practices, innovations and strategies from other actors. From this point of view, the annual Zero Project Conference also has a very practical benefit for all participating organisations and companies", highlighted Robert Zadrazil, CEO of UniCredit Bank Austria and Austrian patron of 'The Valuable 500', the global business collective of companies innovating together for disability inclusion.

This year, the Financial Inclusion Award 2022 went to capito, a Graz-based social enterprise, for their easy language App. Capito is considered a market leader in the field of easy language and focuses on the development of digital solutions for language simplification.

UniCredit Bank Austria has been working in cooperation with capito for many years to transform part of its Internet pages into 'easy to read language'.
