For the third consecutive year, the Filarmonica della Scala and UniCredit in partnership with the UniCredit Foundation, our Group's corporate foundation, present La Filarmonica della Scala incontra la Città (Filarmonica della Scala Meets the City), a successful open rehearsal series dedicated to the city of Milan.

 

The fifth and final performance of the open rehearsal series will be held on Sunday, May 6 at 8:00 p.m. Proceeds from the rehearsal will be donated to COMIN, a local non-profit organization that has provided social and housing assistance to children and their families in the Milan region since 1975.

 

Conductor Andrea Battistoni will direct the Filarmonica orchestra and will begin the rehearsal by introducing the musical repertoire to be performed. Solo pianist Alexander Romanovsky will join the orchestra on stage.

 

La Filarmonica della Scala incontra la Città embodies UniCredit's commitment to culture, making the music and the legendary Filarmonica della Scala experience more accessible to audiences, while supporting the vital services provided by local non-profit organizations.
