UniCredit Bank Ireland employees support the Capuchin Day Center with a special dinner

UniCredit Bank Ireland have organized a Charity event to support the Capuchin Day Centre founded in 1974 by Br. Kevin Crowley. At present, they currently deliver 1,200 food parcels every week and provide nearly 600 meals, six days a week from their centre in Dublin - Ireland.

The centre also provides a chiropodist, advocacy, training skills, a nurse, family facilities and clean clothing to the homeless of Dublin.

For the Capuchins the welfare of families is a priority and for this purpose they established a designated "Family Area" section in the Dining Hall where children and their parents can enjoy a nutritious meal in safety.

As well as providing financial support to the Capuchin Day Centre, UniCredit Bank Ireland have organized a Gala Dinner to the Capuchin Day Centre on 19th September 2019.

All colleagues of our Irish office  were participating with great effort and enthusiasm serving food, cleaning up and providing a welcome gift to all the Charity's disadvantaged clients.

Approximately 460 Capuchin's customers were served a proper hot three course meal.

All children were offered a dedicated kids menu and they received some sweets and treats to bring home. Entertainment in the form of lovely Irish music was played by a local band which created a great atmosphere and  the clients were singing and dancing with the volunteers.

A special thank goes to the UCI Manager Alex Kealy that proposed and organized the event and as a note, it was great that Br. Kevin in his final speech thanked UniCredit employees for their commitment in serving the meals.'
