Implementation of stock options Plan for the Top Management of the Group
The Board of Directors has today proceeded to the implementation of the 2005 Stock Option and Performance Share Plan for the Top Management of the Group resolving the issue of n. 1,500,000 stock options for the subscription of a same number of the Company's ordinary shares.
