With reference to press rumors regarding possible industrial and banking investor groups interested in the acquisition of a stake in Telecom Italia S.p.A., UniCredit - upon a specific request by Consob - declares that it is not part of any such group and that no negotiations are currently taking place with any such group or with the selling shareholder.
