As requested by Consob, UniCredit and Mediobanca hereby give notice that the undertakings to subscribe for UniCredit's Cashes bonds replacing all those previously made by Fondazione Cariverona, equal to €440 Million, have been entered into by the Central Bank of Libya, Fondazione CRT and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Modena.
