Press release pursuant to section 70, paragraph 5, lett. c) of Consob Regulation n 11971/99
In relation with the merger into UniCredit S.p.A. of UniCredit Banca S.p.A., UniCredit Banca di Roma S.p.A., Banco di Sicilia S.p.A., UniCredit Corporate Banking S.p.A., UniCredit Private Banking S.p.A., UniCredit Family Financing Bank S.p.A. and UniCredit Bancassurance Management & Administration S.c.r.l., the resolution herewith connected taken by UniCredit Board on August 3, 2010 pusuant to Section 2505, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code and to Section 23 of the Articles of Association, has been put today at the disposal of the public as set forth by Section 70, paragraph 5, lett. c) of Consob regulation n 11971/99.
The resolution has been immediately filed to be registered with the Trade Register.
This resolution has also been published on the web site http://www.unicreditgroup.eu, in the section Governance, Corporate merger transactions.
