MERGER OF UNICREDIT REAL ESTATE S.C.P.A. AND MEDIOINVEST S.R.L INTO UNICREDIT S.P.A..
We inform you that today, pursuant to article 70, paragraph 5, letter a) of the Consob Regulation no. 11971/99, the following documents have been made available to the public, through publication on the website of the company www.unicreditgroup.eu in the section "Governance - Merger transactions", as well as at the company's registered office:
- the merger plan of UniCredit Real Estate S.c.p.A. and Medioinvest S.r.l. into UniCredit S.p.A.;
- the financial statements as of December 31, 2010 of the companies involved in the merger.
