UniCredit S.p.A. (the "Company") has moved the date of the Board of Directors approving the first quarter 2022 results to 4 May, 2022, instead of 27 April, 2022, in order to allow for incremental time to further manage its cross border exposure to Russia.

 

The 1Q22 Group Results Presentation (publication and conference call) will be on 5 May 2022 instead of 28 April 2022.
