UniCredit: signed agreement for the sale of F2i Funds to Ardian


UniCredit and Ardian today have reached an agreement for the sale to Ardian of the stakes held by UniCredit Group in the two Infrastructure Funds managed by F2i SGR SpA.

 

Closing of the transaction is expected in autumn, subject to the consent to the sale by F2i SGR, according to the Funds Rules.

 

At Closing, the transaction will generate a gross profit of c. € 90 million for UniCredit Group.
