AO UniCredit Bank sells Russian non-performing credit portfolio of EUR 45.2 million to EOS

UniCredit announces, through its subsidiary AO UniCredit Bank (Russia), the signing of a loan sale and purchase agreement with EOS, in relation to the disposal on a non-recourse basis (pro-soluto) of non-performing exposures portfolio composed of loans granted to private individual customers.

 

The portfolio consists entirely of Russian loans with a total claim value of EUR 45.2 million.

 

The sale is part of UniCredit's on-going activities to further reduce the non performing exposures under the Transform 2019 plan. The impact is expected in the third quarter 2019 financial statements.
