UniCredit S.p.A.: mandatory settlement of the "Secured Equity-Linked Certificates to be Mandatorily Settled in Ordinary Shares of Bank Pekao S.A. on or before 15 December 2019"

In connection with the mandatory settlement of the "Secured Equity-Linked Certificates to be Mandatorily Settled in Ordinary Shares of Bank Pekao S.A. on or before 15 December 2019", ISIN XS1535066556, (the "Certificates") issued by UniCredit S.p.A. ("UniCredit"), UniCredit announces that on 16 December 2019 (the "Settlement Date") the outstanding Certificates shall settle according to a Relevant Settlement Ratio equal to 100%. Therefore 10,000 ordinary shares of Bank Pekao S.A. (the "BP Shares") will be delivered in respect of each Certificate.

 

In light of the receipt of the settlement notices for all outstanding Certificates, in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Certificates (the "Conditions"), on the Settlement Date, UniCredit shall procure the delivery of total 16,430,000 BP Shares to the relevant certificate holders.
