Zagrebacka banka sells a non-performing credit portfolio of EUR 203.3 million to DDM

UniCredit announces, through its subsidiary Zagrebačka banka, the signing of a loan sale and purchase agreement with DDM, in relation to the disposal on a non-recourse basis (pro-soluto) of a non-performing exposures portfolio composed of loans granted to corporate, SME and private individual customers.

 

The portfolio consists entirely of Croatian loans with total claim value of EUR 203.3 million.

 

The sale is part of UniCredit Group's on-going activities to further reduce the non-performing exposures under the Transform 2019 plan.
