The finalisation of Aviva S.p.A.'s acquisition by CNP triggers the closing phase of the enhancement of the existing partnership between UniCredit S.p.A. and CNP on the basis of the agreement signed between UniCredit S.p.A. and CNP on 3 March 2021.
