Composition of share capital following cancellation of shares

Financial

UniCredit announces that the cancellation of No. 156,114,828 treasury shares was ordered today, without reduction of the share capital, pursuant to the resolution passed by the Shareholders' Meeting on 31 March 2023.

The Bank's share capital, which amounts to € 21,277,874,388.48, is now composed of 1,784,663,080 shares with no nominal value.

The resolution to cancel treasury shares has been registered today with the Company Register.
