Puttable Notes Programme
UniCredit S.p.A. and UniCredit Bank Ireland p.l.c. established, on November 27 2018, a "Puttable Notes Program" for a maximum aggregate nominal amount of Euro 10,000,000,000, in force of which they may issue from time to time " Puttables Notes".
Puttable Notes issued by UniCredit Ireland p.l.c. are fully guaranteed by Unicredit S.p.A.
In accordance with the Program, Puttable Notes can be offered to institutional investors and can be issued on an ongoing basis through the Dealers indicated in the most recent annexed prospectus and any other Dealer appointed on a case-by-case basis by Issuers. Notes might be traded at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
