The UniCredit Foundation Annual Report is out, presenting an incredible year of transformation and achievements, from community support initiatives to the renewed Purpose of unlocking the potential of Europe’s next generation.
The UniCredit Foundation is proud to launch its 2022 Annual Report – a testament to the Foundation’s commitment to our youth, unlocking their fullest potential, and our bank’s ongoing efforts to build the bank for Europe’s future.
2022 was a year of development and of transition towards positive change for our bank, our communities, and all our stakeholders. Together, we achieved numerous goals in 2022. Our bank has always been close to the communities in which we operate, promoting solidarity initiatives supported by our employees across the Group. Our colleagues have always been ready to collectively respond to humanitarian emergencies, actively helping those in times of difficulty and despair and identifying solutions for the future.
Last year, the Foundation introduced countless initiatives aimed at fighting educational poverty by giving priority to three key areas of action: School, Work and University. The next generations represent the future that we want to build, and to build a better future for all, we will ensure that our youth has the knowledge, skills, and resources they need to thrive.
At the same time, the UniCredit Foundation also redefined its focus and its mission, relaunching its new Purpose: to unlock the potential of Europe's new generation, in line with the Group's Purpose of empowering communities to progress.
