UniCredit announces a business cooperation agreement with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, covering both China and UniCredit’s home markets
UniCredit and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the purpose of establishing and developing a long-term non-exclusive cooperation relationship between the two banks in order to promote business opportunities in China, Italy, Germany, Austria and the CEE region.
It will also enhance cooperation in the areas of trade, investment, overseas project contracting, cross-border mergers and acquisition financing, financing services and debit capital markets.
