We are proud to support initiatives aimed at raising awareness and valuing diversity such as the book “L’insuperabile è imperfetto” (The Unbeatable is Imperfect), a collection of stories of incredible athletes who tell their experience of retaliation and 'rebirth' through sport, where disability is not an obstacle but an added value.

UniCredit is proud to support initiatives aimed at raising awareness and valuing diversity, such as the book "L'insuperabile è imperfetto" (The Unbeatable is Imperfect), which will be presented at ,La Feltrinelli in Piazza Duomo, Milan, on 22 June 2022 at 6pm.
At UniCredit, we work every day to build a diverse and inclusive work environment, where everyone can unlock their potential and actively contribute to the company's success, always guided by the purpose of empowering communities to progress in everything we do.
In this context, in 2021, we launched a partnership with FISPES, the Italian Federation of Paralympic and Experimental Sports, to testify together the importance of sport as a means of welcoming and valuing diversity.

In sport, as in an inclusive working environment, one acquires the consciousness that diversity is a positive concept that always leads one to go further: this is the message that FISPES conveys in all its initiatives such as in “L'insuperabile è imperfetto” (The unbeatable is imperfect) developed in collaboration with UniCredit.
