Group Transformation Officer Finja Kütz has been recognised as one the 100 most influential women in Germany
It is not every day that you are recognised as one of the most impactful women in your country. yet Finja Kütz has now achieved this for the fourth time, climbing the list of Germany’s 100 most influential women in 2020, produced annually by Boston Consulting Group and Manager Magazine. Other notable women on the list include the co-Founder of BioNTech and the COO of UBS.
As Chief Transformation Officer, Finja works on a range of restricting and digitalization initiatives, an area which is more important than ever for UniCredit given the complex scenario generated by the pandemic.
Finja says her guiding question is: “How can we simplify the lives of customers and employees?” She gives the example of opening a current account and says “It can now be done in ten minutes – with just one signature and, at the customer’s request, completely paperless.”
Commenting on the recognition Finja said: “I‘m honored to be listed among all these great women. The annual list puts a spotlight on a selection of the superb cadre of female leaders in our country. I also find it inspirational to see new faces come up every year. I hope this list is an encouragement to our talented colleagues to seek a career and thrive.”
