MIRKO BIANCHI APPOINTED CEO OF GROUP WEALTH MANAGEMENT & PRIVATE BANKING

New leadership in Group Wealth Management & Private Banking will continue the successful development of the business
Mirko Bianchi, currently Group co-CFO, has been appointed CEO of Group Wealth Management & Private Banking. Mirko Bianchi will be supported by Stefano Vecchi, who in addition to his current role as Head of Wealth Management Italy and CEO of Cordusio SIM, has been appointed Deputy CEO of Group Wealth Management & Private Banking.
The appointments will be effective from October 1st. Mirko will continue to serve on the Group Executive Management Committee (EMC), while Co-CFO Stefano Porro assumes sole responsibility for the CFO function.
UniCredit Wealth Management & Private Banking provides individuals and entrepreneurs with an integrated “One Bank” wealth management service. Clients in Italy, Germany, and Austria also benefit from the combination of central expertise and an international perspective, with a well-established local footprint providing proximity and understanding.
