Over the past couple of months, we have delved into the professional and personal lives of some of our people at UniCredit in the popular ‘A Day in the Life of…’ series, which entered a second season in May.

You may have read about some of their proudest moments at work and some of their most difficult experiences, or even received some good career advice. To give you a few highlights of the career advice of some of them:

Milan Cirkovic said "To my younger self or anybody at the beginning of their careers, I would suggest that having a good boss, respectable work environment and an opportunity for your voice to be heard is more important at the start of your career than what you earn or your job title. In short, choose carefully and do your best while enjoying what you do."

Or from Nejra Suljovic "The advice I would give to everyone, regardless of their current position, is to believe in yourselves, work on yourselves and follow your dreams. Don't be afraid of new challenges and never let fear stop you from doing something."
