Today more than 100 candidates take part in the Business Game for the 1st wave of the 2018 Impact International Graduate Program, after being selected among almost 2000 candidates who applied to the Program.

 

The Business Game is the last step of the selection process.

Candidates compete in a challenging game, consisting of a business case in which they have to develop their mindset and give their solutions, showing their talent and potential and always working in a team.

 

Only the best will become our new Impacters, joining the accelerated development journey at UniCredit made up of job rotations, a special learning offer and dedicated networking events.
