UniCredit, Major Partner of the Fondazione Arena di Verona since 1994, also supports the foundation in the solidarity project "L'Arena per l'Emilia" (The Arena for Emilia), promoted together with the Comune di Verona and other institutional and private partners.
On Saturday, 18 August , on the occasion of the first night of the Tosca (at 9 p.m.) the Arena is giving 5000 free tickets to the 21 municipalities that suffered the most under the earthquake (Emilia, Veneto and Lombardia regions)
Thanks to this initiative, Arena di Verona, Comune di Verona and the sponsors aim to focus the attention of the festival spectators on the terrible event and to send a signal of their support to the affected communities.
