Property closed-end Fund "UniCredito Immobiliare Uno": Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA spins-off a building site situated in Stezzano (BG)
Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA, the asset management company of "Unicredito Immobiliare Uno" property closed-end Fund, informs that on Monday, the 05th December 2005, following the deliberation of the companies executive committee dated 24th of June, has sold to the company River Spa a building site situated at Stezzano (Bg) in Viale Europa 2, for a total amount of 3.500.000 euro excluding taxes.
The sale of this area, which is positioned within the building complex leased to the Brembo Spa, is linked to the negotiation process with Brembo Spa in order to carry on the leasing contract currently in force. (as per press release of 30th June 2005).
