The Board of Directors of UniCredito Italiano, during today meeting convened to approve the aggregation with HVB Group, has decided to assign to all the employees, in accordance with the "Medium-Term Incentive Plan for Group Staff ", 16,984,286 ordinary shares to be issued through a free increase of capital of € 8,492,143.
The plan replicates similar initiatives already applied by the Group since 2000 and is aimed to give to all the staff a clear sign of the success of UniCredito Italiano, enhancing at the same time the membership feeling and the will to achieve the company's targets.
