Brembo Spa delivered to Real Estate closed-end Fund "UniCredito Immobiliare Uno" the property that contains the Research & Technology Buildings of Brembo Group
The value of the deal is Euro 24.3 million
Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA, management company of "Unicredito Immobiliare Uno" Real Estate closed-end Fund, said that Brembo Spa delivered today to Real Estate closed-end Fund "UniCredito Immobiliare Uno" the property that contains the Research & Technology Buildings of Brembo Group, located in Stezzano (Bg). Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA total contribution to Brembo Spa is Euro 24.3 million plus VAT.
The property, just built and delivered, counts laboratories, offices, the refectory and parking areas.
Brembo Group will enter as a tenant in the new buildings starting 1st January 2007.
The new buildings are close to other buildings already owned by Pioneer Investment Management SGRpA through the Real Estate closed-end Fund "UniCredito Immobiliare Uno".
