Upon request of Consob, UniCredit categorically denies today's rumors on a possible placement of Fiat shares being the entire shareholding since long fully hedged.
Moreover, UniCredit reaffirms that market rumors of possible significant write-downs or a capital increase are unfounded, given its solid capital ratios.
