It is hereby announced that the purchase price for UniCredit share fractions generated by the exchange of Capitalia shares not subject to the offer following the exercise of withdrawal rights has been determined in € 5.9878 per each full share, as average of the official prices on the MTA market in the days between 24 September and 28 September 2007.
