It is hereby announced that the purchase price for UniCredit share fractions generated by the exchange of Capitalia shares subject to the offer following the exercise of withdrawal rights has been determined in € 6,259 per each full share, as average of the official prices on the MTA market in the days between 8th October and 12th October 2007. Settlement of the counter-value of purchased fractions will be made with value date 29th October 2007.
