Free capital increase pursuant to section 2442 of the Civil Code – Purchase price for the fractions

It is hereby announced that the closing price of the ordinary and savings shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario on 15 May 2009 available for purchase price for fractions resulting from the application of exchange ratios are:
€ 1.9064 ordinary shares;
€ 3.1299 saving shares.
