Series 04ST03 L2 - ISIN IT0003694442 - Notice to the Noteholders


With reference to the above issue, UniCredit S.p.A. (the "Issuer"), announces the following:

  • pursuant to article 5 - Early redemption - of the Terms and Conditions of the issue, the Issuer, having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, intends to exercise its option to early redeem  in whole the Notes on  August 3, 2009 (the "Early Redemption Date");
  • the early redemption of the issue will be at par and the interests shall cease to accrue on the Early Redemption Date.
