In order to comply with some provisions introduced pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 27 of 27 January 2010, which enforced in Italy the Directive 2007/36/CE concerning the exercise of a number of rights held by the shareholders in listed companies ("Shareholders' Rights Directive"), UniCredit informs that the Board of Directors of 9th November 2010, pursuant to Section 2365, sub-section 2, of the Italian Civil Code and Clause 23, paragraph 3, of the Articles of Association, approved amendments to Clauses 10, 12, 13, 20 and 30 of UniCredit's Articles of Association.
The Minute of the Meeting will be published on 17th November 2010 on the NIS platform of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. Shareholders can have access to the document on the company website at www.unicreditgroup.eu and at the Registered Office in Rome.
