Today, the Special Meeting of savings shares holders appointed Mr Nicola Borgonovo as Common Representative of the savings shares holders for the period 2011-2013.
The Special Meeting of savings shares holders also approved the statement of accounts on the Fund established pursuant to sec. 146, subsec. 1, point c) of the Legislative Decree no. 58/98, presented by the outgoing Common Representative of the savings shares holders, Mrs Stella d'Atri.
