Following the previous press release on last 19 December 2012, this is to inform you that it was signed today the deed of merger into UniCredit S.p.A. of UniCredit Audit S.C.p.A., UniCredit Logistics S.r.l., UniCredit Merchant S.p.A. e UniManagement S.C.r.l.

The merger will become effective as of March 1^st 2013 after the completion of the registration of the deed with the competent Trade Registers
