With reference to the above issue, UniCredit S.p.A. in accordance with the relevant Final Terms, having obtained the prior approval of the Bank of Italy, will exercise its option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 31st March 2014.

 

The early redemption of the Lower Tier II subordinated issue, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, will be at par and the interests shall accrue up to (but excluding) 31st March 2014.
