UniCredit to cancel its Government - guaranteed bonds

Notice is hereby given that, having obtained the required authorizations, UniCredit will cancel its bonds summarized in the table below on May 19^th 2014. Such instruments had been guaranteed by the Republic of Italy pursuant to art. 8 of decree-law 201 of December 6^th 2011 converted with amendments by law 214 of December 22^nd 2011:
