The Rating Agency Moody's has affirmed UniCredit SpA's 'Baa1' long-term senior debt and deposit ratings.

The Outlook has been changed to Stable from Positive.

Moody's has revised UniCredit SpA's Outlook to Stable (from Positive) to reflect the Stable Outlook on Italy's government bond rating.
