The Rating Agency S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") has affirmed UniCredit SpA's 'BBB' long- and 'A-2' short-term Issuer Credit Ratings. The existing stable outlook has not changed. The issue ratings have been affirmed as well.
The long- and short-term ratings of UniCredit Leasing have been affirmed at 'BBB/A-2'.
The outlook has been revised to stable (from negative). At issuer's request, ratings have been withdrawn.
