With reference to the above mentioned Notes, pursuant to the Condition 19 (Issuer Call) of the relevant Final Terms and to Condition 10.5 and 15 the Terms and Conditions for the Dematerialised Notes included in the Base Prospectus dated 10 May 2023 as supplemented from time to time, UniCredit S.p.A. announces that it will exercise the option to early redeem in whole the Notes on 14 November 2024 (the Optional Redemption Date).
The early redemption of the Notes will be at par, together with accrued and unpaid interest as per Condition 13(b) (Interest Payment Date(s)) of the relevant Final Terms. Interest shall cease to accrue on the Optional Redemption Date.
Capitalized terms shall have the same meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Notes.
