The Poland's Markets Division, directly reporting to UniCredit's CEO, has been set up. This decision has been taken within the organizational restructuring process of the UniCredit Head Office.
The Poland's Markets Division aim is maximizing value creation in the Polish market over the long term by consolidating the Group's leading position in Poland. Andrea Moneta, former Chief Integration Officer, will be in charge of the new Division.
In the same context, the responsibility as Chief Integration Officer has been assigned to Franz Herrlein, former Deputy Chief Integration Officer. This last function has been attributed to Alessandro Decio, remaining also in charge of the German Integration.
